High Achievers

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

I find no relief in my own mind. It just gets too complicated and I make myself exhausted just by being me. My bad thoughts cripple me. I wish I could just turn off my brain. It's like my brain is doing a complex ballet routine and at a point, my brain twists itself into knots and just collapses. I live my life feeling like I am never enough. When it gets really bad, I cannot sleep. I will lie in bed for hours and get max 3 or 4 hours of sleep. That’s it. Then I am exhausted for work the next day. And because I cannot think clearly, I cannot make clear decisions. I don’t know what is important anymore. And it happens night after night, day after day.

If this sounds like you, you are in the right place.

Hiya. I’m Carla, creator of Warrior Brain. I provide simple and practical solutions to help you have more confidence, get clarity of thought, and feel calm in your own mind. I help you learn how to cope at home and at work so that you have a zest for life again.

Just think about it:

Imagine for a moment that you are finally at peace in your own mind. That you are finally beginning to tap into your full potential. You are becoming exactly who you are meant to be.

For the first time in your life, nothing stands in your way - not even you. The things that used to hold you back no longer do. You are at peace in your own mind. You have clarity of thought and make clear decisions without that apprehension and panic.  For the first time since you can remember, you have stopped worrying that everyone is mad at you. That you are in trouble for something you did or didn’t do. You actually have understanding for yourself like you have always had for others. You feel calm. You have learned how to accept each moment for what it is. You now understand your own issues, you cope with those uncomfortable feelings and you’re overcoming your need for perfectionism.  Your whole outlook on yourself and your mind has changed. You really enjoy your life, your work and your hobbies without constantly being so hard on yourself. You now make the right decisions for you, and you leave it at that. You’ve stopped going over it all again and again. You set reachable expectations for yourself. You no longer set them so impossibly high. You’ve stopped trying to always please others so you no longer feel stressed about that 24/7.

You have given yourself the invaluable gift of switching off those negative thoughts. You accept yourself. You understand yourself for who you really are. For the first time ever, you know you are living your true potential. You give yourself credit just for being you, and not because you have achieved something first. You tell yourself you are good enough and that actually has mobilized you to do the little things which are actually the big things. Goodbye downward spiral, and hello to the life you really want to wake up.

Let me show you new ways of getting through difficult situations, so that you know what the next right step is for you.

For adults and working professionals who are at their wits’ end, who are ready to stop worrying so much and start enjoying life – it is possible to get your inner voice to shut up!
